Use correct sentience formatting rules, a space after the colon: semi-colon; comma, full stop. and exclamation! characters. NEW! logo after 10 years the tread board needed repainting, if any remember the old Green text logo might remember how the tread patten ended up becoming the background. Details: Been lucky to find an early GHA cutter grinder, mines complete but on closer inspection I see it doesn't have the cross adjusting slide that allows radii to be added. Anyone got one hiding under the bench. Also the cutter setting arm is missing. I am hoping to just swop the existing rotating base casting with a new one unless someone knows better... Thanks
Details: As described on the excellent https://lathes.co website, a lathe manufactured for the amateur from 1908 - 1942. Cost £5 and being one of the smallest machines in the Drummond catalogue it is well made and ample for most jobs that are can be fitted in (boring an Austin 7 engine!). The serial no starts with a zero so post WW1. As well as the unusual swivelling compound slide, the carriage can be rotated and locked about 45 deg either side of horizontal Has 3 jaw and 4 jaw chucks with blue-grey paint on the backplates so probably original, and there's a tailstock chuck. The Metropolitan-Vickers motor was fitted to a wooden bench belt driving a countershaft attached to the wall. Motors runs very smoothly and is fitted with a forward and reverse switch. There's a genuine faceplate and a special tee slotted angle plate. The is little wear in the spindle and slides. There's an interest and genuine looking mahogany change wheel box with internal partitions and a brass change gear chart on the outside – unfortunately there are no gears collection only from BS36 – 35kg easy lift, could be couriered at your cost

Details: Myford Super 7 in full working order. It's a bit scruffy with some surface rust but fully working. The motor was removed to reduce the weight but is included with the correct pulley. Details: This Wilesco D12 steam plant is in good working order.I have tested it on full steam for 5 minutes and it ran OK. The safety valve blows off when over pressure. In fairly good used condition. Tested with hexamin blocks but could run on meths. Sold as seen and no warrantee on the boiler. Cash on collection preferred but I can post at cost.

Details: This is an Edwards Treadle Guillotine, a sturdy machine in good clean condition with a cut capacity of 16swg. Overall sizes are Width 48" x Height 43" Depth 29" The blade is in good condition with two edges not touched or used. The photos show the machine in erected state. It has now been dismantled to move location for selling. All fixing bolts and screws are in the holes that they are to be attached to the corresponding part. But jump to 1260mm and the only quote I had was five times as much. Suggestions welcome
Details: This is a very well specified Pultra 1750 lathe. I put this set together some time ago, intending to keep it for my personal use but, after over 2 years of not cutting metal - I realise I'll never really use it - so someone else should have the pleasure of using it. The set consists of the lathe/motor unit, mounted on a wooden base, plus two (genuine Pultra) boxes of accessories. The headstock has been stripped/cleaned and re-built (so may, possibly, require minor adjustment after 'bedding in'. It's got a 'lever action' tailstock and is driven by an electronically controlled, 550W, industrial sewing machine motor - capable of being adjusted between 100 and 4500 rpm (in increments of 100 rpm). Given the ratio of the pulleys, this gives a headstock speed of, approximately, 80 - 4000 rpm. There is also an, adjustable brightness, LED work light. Box 1 of the accessories contains 57 'wire' collets, 8 large diameter collets, 4 cup-chucks, a 3-jaw chuck (Bernerd, with 'reversible' jaws), a 4-jaw chuck (brand new), a 'box chuck', a faceplate, a catchplate, a tailstock drill chuck, 'lantern' and 'block' toolposts, various centres (full, half and 'internal'), plus holders and various sized drive dogs. Box 2 contains a compound slide and clamp bolt, tailstock and headstock riser blocks (increases the centre height), a 'flip-over' tool-rest, a rear tool-post mount and 'high' (for use with the riser blocks) and 'low' 'lantern' type toolposts.
