Use correct sentience formatting rules, a space after the colon: semi-colon; comma, full stop. and exclamation! characters. URL address will use words with dots between the words without spaces and if the system sees these it will treat them as URL links. NEW! logo after 10 years the tread board needed repainting, if any remember the old Green text logo might remember how the tread patten ended up becoming the background. The photos have also been upgraded to add logo's and date/time stamps to the images on upload so that the photos are noticeable for people linking to them.

Details: I have had this for a couple years,it has only been used a few of times and then put in the garage. Details: Taper boiler barrel that came from a freinds estate but is not wanted, he made many excellent locomotives. It is 153/4 inches long, 3/32 thick, 5 inches dia at the large end and 41/2 inches diameter at the small end. The seam has been TIG welded and is in good condition.

Details: A Coronet Tool company "Classic 10" Bandsaw. Originally fitted too and powered by the Coronet woodturning Lathe, but can be bench fitted and use a stand alone motor, It is in great shape and has been stored unused for over twenty years. If you want any further images or details please ask. I am looking for £150 cash on collection and I might be able to find a motor to sweeten the deal.
Details: In good working order, It comes with original 3 jaw chuck an unused 4 jaw independent chuck but no key for it, a vertical milling/drilling post. It has a 0 to 4mm Jacobs chuck with key, a faceplate two fixed centres and two rods for the 3 jaw, new drive belts, it has a blank 30mm dia bar threaded 12 x 1 mm to make into a live centre with bearings. I have replaced the main head bearings and spring washers, also replaced the shaft and two bearings in the intermediate driven pulley, I have put in bearing washers on each axis screws and tailstock replaced the plastic three hand wheels on this lathe, made with this lathe. It has done some nice fine work replacing worn out parts on two clocks. The only reason I am parting with it, I now have the Unimat 3 with power feed and a DC variable speed motor. I am thinking £295 OVNO cash on collection or could be boxed up and courier delivery extra.

Details: The 'Mastiff' 4-cyliner 25cc petrol engine as made as a 'break' from larger, normally steam-related work. The design is by LC Mason, a well-known contributor to the model engineering world. At 82, I need to thin down a lot of items. The engine is in a flat four configuration. Bores are 3/4" 7/8" stroke. The work done is of the highest quality. crankshaft is finished, as are its crankcase bearings crankcase, machined from solid is largely complete. conn-rods and flywheel are finished. timing gears are complete. Valves part-finished cylinder head part machined with cylinder liners fitted. There are loads of material there to complete. The is a full set of 'Model Engineer' articles that cover construction Proceeds of sale to be donated to local food-bank and 'Home Workshop'. Asking for best offers over £250. Details: Does anyone happen to have a holddown finger for a Harvey Butterfly filing machine - or a scrap machine to act as a donor? The key requirements seem to be that it fits on a 15/16" post and has a copper or bronze tip. Machines (Large Tooling) Refurbished (Working but repaired)
Details: This is a 1958 Boxford lathe fitted with a BUD saddle and lead screw so can do power feed on the cross slide as well as along the bed separately from the lead screw nuts. So it has the full spec of a BUD model Boxford. The original lathe was 1958 and its V belt drive with 16 spindle speeds from 38 to 1300 RPM. The bed is in good order and I was impressed by its accurate when using it. It has a 41/2" swing and a no2 morse taper in the tailstock. There is a full set of imperial change wheels. Some of these gears have a bit of rust showing but all are usable. It also comes with a 4" 3jaw chuck with both sets of jaws. This runs dead true and all edges on all the jaws are mint and not damaged. There are two small notches on the chucks front corner on the body but these are not near the jaws slots and don’t affect its working. There’s a 5" 4jaw independent chuck as new which may have never done a job its so clean and tight. There’s a 71/2" faceplate. There’s a genuine Jacobs 1/2" capacity tailstock chuck with perfect jaws and action and a key to suit it. There’s a new boxed live centre made in Poland and a dead centre plus a no2 to no1 morse taper adaptor. The motor fitted is a single phase British one and the whole lathe is refurbished, repainted and tested. The base drip tray is 48" long by 20" deep. Collection from near Westerham Kent ideally but delivery may be available and arranged when a sale is agreed.
